A World Heritage Site, the desert city of Jaisalmer has a number of historical attractions, buildings, and legends worthy of protection. Growing up from its roots as a stop-off point for traders passing through the desert, Jaisalmer became a state in the 12th century CE and developed into a regional hub of commerce and culture. The main fort's large sandstone walls encircle a number of historic temples and royal buildings, with tours of the old district central to Jaisalmer itineraries. A holiday in Jaisalmer also offers the chance to take a day trip and explore the city's desert surroundings by camel. Jaisalmer is in Jaisalmer District.

Travel Junky made our trip memorable like no one else could. The trip altogether exceeded all expectations and I along with my friends had a really great time. We went in a group of 20 to the Valley Of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib in Uttarakhand. The treks, hotels, camping, food and everything else was superbly managed. Aman, Akash & Tanishq, the three co-ordinators were really helpful and ever ready to make the trip more exciting and fun. If you're looking for a hassle free vacation, look no further than Travel Junky. Kudos to the entire team for handling everything so well.

The trip to Tosh was amazing. Even though I couldn't feel my legs afterward but the journey was quite enjoyable. The view from the top was surreal and late night bonfire games were so great. My gift hamper is still due. The people were amazing.. You people were supportive and amazing to travel with. Thanks, people. Eagerly looking forward to our next trip.
